I downloaded it. If you know about this, its funny to use sometimes. I dont think that many users that do not know anything about Japan would understand this app though.
Great app but only lets you do 20 "hees" at a time. Make an update for unlimited!
There can be nothing better than this application when you have nothing else to do!! Its a good timepass.

Some bad moments
People should really download the app before they decide to give it a 5 star rating just because it looks cool. This app is not worth the download. Its annoying and sounds more like a drunk person saying hee. Dont get this app, its pointless.
It doesnt work I pressed the button and it went to my homescreen.I went to the instructions they were all in japenese!!!!
This seems incredibly pointless to people who dont know Japanese TV. Its so much easier to just say "Hee!" yourself.
